Eat like it matters
Deep into my career in tech, I was burnt out, bloated, and stuck in a cycle of takeout and bare-minimum meals. I kept thinking back to the way my mom cooked growing up—meals full of variety, care, and whole ingredients—but living in a small apartment, I couldn’t find a way to recreate that without buying everything in bulk, running out of space, and wasting food.
I founded Thirty Greens to bring back that variety—by making diverse, nourishing food easier, more fun, and part of everyday life.
