Sunflower + Goji Chocolate Wheels
A little crunchy, a little sweet—these bites are a perfect pantry-powered snack or dessert topper.
Ingredients
- 70g sunflower seeds
- Pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp goji berries, finely chopped
- 20g dark chocolate (for melting or drizzling)
Instructions
-
Preheat + Prep
Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan) / 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Mix the Base
In a bowl, combine sunflower seeds, salt, maple syrup, and chopped goji berries. Stir until well-coated. -
Shape
Spoon the mixture onto the lined sheet into small clusters, or press into a round cookie cutter to form discs. Keep them about ½ inch thick for best texture. -
Bake
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let them cool completely—they’ll firm up as they rest. -
Add the Chocolate
Melt the dark chocolate and dip the bottom of each bite, or drizzle it over the top for a more rustic look.
Serving Tip:
Pair with afternoon tea, crumble onto yogurt, or keep a few in a jar for mindful snacking.
